About Zachariah
I started my fitness journey at the age of four. I wrestled competitively for twelve years of my early life which later led me into bodybuilding. I suffered an injury as a wrestler which led me to seek the knowledge in how the body needs to function properly. Through this, i found competitive natural bodybuilding and personal training where i became certified in Personal Training, Nutrition, Bodybuilding Specialist and Anatomical Specialist. I have a deep understanding as to how the body is supposed to be moving and operating on a daily basis. This ability has allowed me to help hundreds of people throughout my career.
