It is important to speak a second language because it opens up a lot of doors for you in your career. Many countries of the world speak two languages and with Spanish being one of the top three most spoken languages in the world, it's a great investment in your knowledge base to become fluent in Spanish. I am experienced teaching Spanish for over 11 years in all levels starting from 4yrs. old to 12th grade students. However, what you really need is exposure and someone to talk to who can force you to practice what you've learned!!
