Hi! I’m a native Spanish speaker from Spain, a PhD candidate in Hispanic Languages & Literature, and a university-level instructor based in NYC.
I have over 6 years of experience working with students of different ages (from elementary to college), helping them improve their Spanish, strengthen reading and writing skills, and build confidence in their academic work.
I specialize in:
• Spanish language (all levels, including beginners and heritage speakers)
• Homework support and exam preparation
• Reading comprehension and writing skills
• English literature support
My approach is structured but flexible; I adapt each session to the student’s needs, whether that’s catching up on school material, preparing for exams, or developing fluency through conversation. I focus on making students feel comfortable and engaged, while still pushing them to improve.
