About Andrea

I am a professional Growth Partner and PR Mentor with over a decade of experience in organizational strategy and business development. My daily life involves navigating high-level corporate environments, which gives me a unique perspective on how language functions as a tool for success.

Why do I teach?
A key part of maintaining my own English proficiency at an executive level is the continuous exchange of language. By teaching Spanish, I keep my linguistic agility sharp while helping others bridge the communication gap in their professional lives. I believe that being a lifelong learner makes me a more empathetic and effective mentor.

My background in Organization & Methods at Mentex and my role in Public Relations at Engidea have taught me that clarity and structure are essential. I bring that same professional rigor to our lessons, ensuring that you don't just learn "Spanish," but the specific Spanish that will help you excel in the global market.

When I’m not building growth strategies or mentoring, you’ll find me exploring the nuances of cross-cultural communication—a passion I bring to every single session with my students.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is built for professionals who don't just want to "speak" Spanish, but want to negotiate, network, and lead in it. As a Strategic Growth Partner and PR Mentor, I move away from repetitive grammar drills and focus on functional fluency.

My Method: The 80/20 Growth Framework
We focus on the 20% of vocabulary and structures that will drive 80% of your professional interactions. My lessons are structured as follows:

Strategic Warm-up: Real-world situational analysis (e.g., how to open a meeting or handle a PR crisis).
