About Rosario

Hey! My name is Rosario, I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I've been studying the performance arts for more than 10 years. I've done a five week summer camp at Phillips Exeter where I took theatre classes. In addition I've been training with the best professionals from Argentina, such as Chris Hansen, Katie Viqueira and Claudia Lavalle. I did a 12 week summer vocal summit at Berklee college of music followed by one semester there. I am currently a student at New England Conservatory where I'm majoring in Contemporary Musical Arts. In addition I’m a Spanish native speaker and have experience teaching my language and other subjects in english. I completed my IGCSE, and I got an A in English as a first language, a C in business Studies, a C in history, a C in ICT, an A in first language Spanish, a D in mathcore, and a B in environmental management. I tutored back in Argentina for about a year. Worked with a church and gave free classes to children in need, ranging from kindergarteners to high-schoolers. Covering subjects like basic English, biology, Spanish literature, and kindergartner math. During my semester at Berklee, I helped a few students with their essay writing for our college writing class. My teaching style is very hands-on and I like to generate a conversation with the students. With kindergarteners and middle schoolers, I like to include many visual references and colors as I believe it helps in keeping them engaged. As classes go by I can tell what each student's learning style is and I can accommodate my teaching style to them.
