About Naomi
I am an Argentinian girl living in Australia. I am a chef who has recently become a mom, therefore I'm out of the kitchen at the moment and have plenty of time for teaching and learning from home. Before settling down in Perth, I traveled a lot around the world learning about other cultures and languages. I have always been curious about other countries and traditions since I come from a family with a very varied background and even now my own little family of three is composed of three different nationalities! From my personal experience, I'm convinced that talking to native speakers is the best way to learn a language and get the confidence to use it!

I like to discuss what's interesting for my students so I can research those topics to make the most of a casual conversation. I really enjoy learning with you about things that were not on my radar, or chatting about a common interest! I will always include the slang and the common uses (which are not always "correct") of words and phrases, that I think are key to feeling comfortable in a real-world conversation. I try my best to make the learning process fun and captivating for you but also for myself.
