About Raquel
I was born and raised in Canada by Colombian parents. Our home was Spanish-speaking only my whole childhood and my mother made sure we learned to read and write correctly as well. The passion for the Spanish language was instilled in me at a very young age so I have done the same with my daughter.
My background is in Human Resources and Project Management so I am a very organized person.

- Having fun is crucial for the learning process. I will always make sure my student is having fun.
- I make sure I communicate with my students and customize lessons in a way that works best for them.
- All ages and levels welcome. I can start with the basics just as well as start conjugating verbs. It's all about what my student needs.
