About Raul
My level of professionalism has been highly regarded by the leading Spanish media (UNIVISION, TELEMUNDO, and others) as I have been a guess since 1999 to present. In addition, I have presented lectures for the Consulate of Panama in Houston at the Greater Houston Partnership and several educational, civic and community institutions in the United States and internationally.

Extensive studies in language diction in Spanish, Italian, French, Latin, German and English has given me a solid and well rounded approach in addressing how to make sound like a native speaker. I will help you understand the basic concept that will make you sound like you actually grew up in a Spanish speaking country. My method is training the ear and taking out the common mistakes non-natives do when speaking Spanish. A typical lesson plan includes aural and speaking exercises, reading, speaking and grammar. What has set me apart as a tutor is my ability to use all my public speaking and classical singing training to help student 'sound' the best they can. Lessons are for levels and we make specific emphasis based on the needs of the student(s).
