About Fatou

¡Holaaa! I’m Fatou – your future Spanish tutor.

I’m currently completing a Master’s in Law at the University of Law, working part-time as a youth social worker, and when I’m not studying, you’ll find me on the netball court (or pretending I’m the next tennis superstar )!

Why learn Spanish with me?
- I have over 6 years of experience as a private tutor, teaching everyone from children as young as 7 to adult professionals looking to boost their Spanish skills.

- I’m a native Spanish speaker from the beautiful island of Mallorca and I have achieved top grades (A*) in both GCSE and A Level Spanish.

- I speak five languages fluently, so I know how to make language learning both effective and enjoyable.

- My lessons are tailored to YOU: Want relaxed, conversation-based sessions? Got you. Prefer grammar-heavy, structured lessons? No problem. Got little ones? I design interactive, attention-grabbing lessons just for them.

Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to sharpen your skills, I can help you build confidence, vocabulary, and fluency—all in a fun, supportive space that doesn’t feel like a classroom.

Ready to get started? Drop me a message and let’s learn Spanish—your way.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are based on the needs of every student. My lessons are very dynamic and prioritise your needs; how do you like to study? Do you have your own methods? Tests, quizzes? Just let me know and we can work on it!

I started lessons with her during the first lockdown because I felt really stuck with my class work. She helped me and made me gain my confident back. I love our lessons, she makes sure I cover all my school work but always had something to add! I learnt a lot about Spanish culture and Spanish people with her. I think having a native person talking to you and sharing her experiences with you makes a huge difference in your learning. I’m forever thankful for her kindness, patient and sense of humor!

Don’t doubt and start your lessons with her!! She also speaks more languages like Catalan Which is also a language that some Spaniards speak.

Fatou is extremely smart in every subject, very dedicated and focused. Her Spanish skills is tremendously amazingly, she’s really helpful and she had taught me to have a better vocabulary in Spanish. And mostly important, she’s fluent in Spanish because it is her native language, so she would be perfect as a tutor for anyone at all ages etc.
