My name is Emma. My Chinese name is Yan. I was born and raised in Beijing. My native language is standard Mandarin Chinese with no accent. I speak excellent English as I have spent many years living and studying in Singapore, UK, and Australia. I am an experienced tutor and have years of experience teaching Chinese to children, teenagers, and adults.

I speak excellent English as I have spent many years in Singapore, UK, and Australia. I am an experienced tutor and have years of experience teaching Chinese to children, teenagers, and adults.
I am offering a professional and fun Mandarin Chinese learning experience for people of all ages. I have years of experience as a Mandarin Chinese tutor. My mother tongue is standard Mandarin Chinese with no accent. I also speak excellent English as I have spent many years in Singapore, UK, and Australia.
The lessons include:
- Speaking, reading, writing, listening, conversation, pronunciation
- Beginner to advanced level
- Pinyin and Chinese characters
- tailored lessons based on individual needs
- Learning materials and exercises for self-learning
You can attend the lessons as an individual or with another learning buddy if you are both at almost the same level in Chinese.
My times are flexible and I am available to teach straight away. I offer online lessons via video or voice calls. I also offer casual chats in Chinese (text or voice) if you are not ready to commit to formal lessons.
