About Sara

Hi! I’m a native Italian speaker with several years of tutoring experience and a real passion for languages and teaching.
I’ve been teaching Italian for quite a few years now and already work with students who are very happy with their progress and with the way I structure my lessons. I enjoy helping people improve their grammar, conversation skills, pronunciation, and overall confidence in speaking Italian, always adapting lessons to each student’s level and goals.
Languages have always been a huge part of my life: I attended a linguistic high school and later completed a Master’s degree. I feel like I naturally have a “language brain”: learning languages has always come easily to me, and over time I discovered how much I also love teaching them and making them feel accessible and enjoyable for others.
My lessons are dynamic, supportive, and personalized. I use slides, exercises, videos, and conversation practice to keep lessons engaging and effective, creating an environment where students feel comfortable learning step by step and gaining confidence naturally.

About the lesson

My lessons are personalized, interactive, and focused on making you actively use the language from the very beginning. Everyone learns differently, so I focus on figuring out what works best for them, whether that’s using visuals, examples from real life, or breaking things down step by step until it clicks. I usually work with slides, grammar explanations, exercises, videos, and conversation practice to keep lessons dynamic and engaging. After explaining a topic, I like to immediately ask questions and practice together to make sure everything is clear and naturally understood, not just memorized. I also give exercises or small assignments to review independently, which we then correct and discuss together in the following lesson. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, improving consistently, and gaining confidence step by step.

Lessons usually go for about an hour, but I’m flexible with timing depending on focus and energy levels.
