According to the level the student acquired before starting our
collaboration, my program changes, but the time spent with conversations is more or less stable. 10 minutes at the beginning of the video call - so that we refresh the previous lesson - and 10 to 20 minutes at the end of it - to recall what learned some minutes before.
I like to intertwine the normal lessons with additional hours which we can dedicate fully to the conversation.
We select a topic together and talk about it! Of course, everything will be structured with the right timing and you'll be able to deal with the conversations we're going to face up.
For the beginners I spend a lot of time in listening -and-repeat exercises, plus I integrate teaching with homework concerning - sorry for that but it's necessary - grammar.
Italian grammar is not easy and when you're a beginner sometimes it seems a very impossible obstacle, so that's why we'll focus a lot of our energy in strengthen your grammar basis, at least at the beginning when it's fundamental.
When the request is about an Intensive Italian course, for me it means high rate of weekly lessons in which we can master together various aspect of the language. I'm up to follow you in a Intensive Italian course, which I usually structure with 12 to 25 hours per week and it may bring you from beginner to medium or from medium to advanced level.
