About Martina
Hi! My name is Martina and I'm from Italy. I currently live in Perth. In Italy, I studied languages for my Bachelor's degree, in Siena, and language teaching for my Master's degree, in Rome. I taught and tutored both English to Italian students and Italian to foreigners. I apply various teaching methods, learned during my traineeship in Italian schools and during tutoring. I try to personalize lessons depending on the needs of my students. I am available Monday-Friday from 5 to 8 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays. Lessons can either be online or in-person. I really enjoy teaching groups of students, I am currently working as a Language Assistant in schools and that is also giving me a lot of experience, and I'm learning new ways to teach. Each situation is different and I have a different approach. I can't wait to speak in Italian with you!

Lessons will be tailor-made for each student, and I will do my best to diversify the activities. I studied teaching Italian as a foreign language at university. I already have experience in teaching both English to Italian students and Italian for foreign students, both with private students and teaching a class, of different levels, both primary and secondary schools. Depending on what your needs are, we will study grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, and writing. I enjoy teaching, and the lessons will be interactive. Lessons will be 1 hour long. My lessons are for students of any age. I will also suggest you Italian movies and music to watch and listen to, depending on your age and level, to practice listening! Book here!
