About Adam

I have a lot of person-to-person contact with teaching English. Currently, I am tutoring a native Polish speaker who wants to improve his fluency and also a Spanish woman who is trying to master the complexities and exceptions (there are a lot!) of English.

During my travels to countries such as; Colombia, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica and Spain, I have often traded my knowledge of English for an insight into the beauty of the Spanish dialect. This has fostered a deep desire to fully immerse myself in the language teaching community!

I have been doing this for the last 4 years of my life and have thoroughly loved teaching!

About the lesson

My name is Adam and I'm 26 years old. I have lived in England for most of my life but I have also travelled extensively over the world. Doing this has given me a huge passion for teaching; whether it be trading my English for Spanish lessons, or showing someone how to make a fire in the woods!

I'm a very friendly, patient and relaxed tutor. I believe strongly in progress, not perfection. I have personally experienced the benefit of a tutor when I was attending college and struggling. We all need help from time to time!

I studied Maths, Business and PE at college and went on to further my Sports education at University in Cardiff. I am currently undertaking my TEFL qualification.
