About Edison
I was born in China, and started reading and reciting ancient Chinese studies like Tao Te Ching since I was in primary school, to which I can still recite some passages. I’m also very interested in Western philosophy, particularly Hegel, who shares some identity in his absolute idealism with Laozi. I was an article writer for a manager in a New Zealand company who runs a Chinese social media. I personally also enjoy writing articles, poems and proses in both Chinese and English.

For reading, vocabulary and writing lessons, I will provide you with linguistic analyses about the nuance of different terms as well as how it connects with other words, and the central purpose of the author. For accent reduction lessons, I will help you to establish the framework of the Chinese rules of pronunciation, how some words are pronounced differently when connected, and the tone of a sentence. The lessons are typically 1 hour to 2 hours long, and it is targeted at students who want to improve for a higher level. Age does not matter.

Edison is a good Chinese speaker, he always posts the poems he wrote, they are really good. I think he is capable of teaching you the core of Chinese language , which will accelerate the learning process.
