About Shika

I have 3 years of language tutoring experience for elementary and middle school children. I was teaching both Mandarin Chinese and Japanese and the kids loved my materials because I teach with educational cartoons. This way, the students focus more and also have fun while learning.

About the lesson

A typical lesson plan will include watching fun Chinese videos and learning the vocabs and phrases for daily life. I like to do a bit of assignments sometimes but always keep it lighthearted :) Therefore, I would say I have an easy-going approach, so I try to make learning fun for the kiddos (usually 4 to 12 yo).
