About Chelsea
Hi, my name is Chelsea. I grew up in Hangzhou, China. Chinese is my native language. When I was studying in the United States, I worked as an after-school Chinese tutor for American undergraduates. At the same time, I can understand Cantonese and the difficulties and demands for Cantonese speaker to learn Mandarin. In addition, I have many years of experiences for children's Mandarin education, including my two children born and raised in the United States who also learned Chinese from me.

Prior to the first class, I would ask of your current situation and your desired results. Next, we come up with a set of goals and how to implement it with our specialized plan of learning. Basically, you will develop your Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing step by step in my class.
We will conduct a lot of themed conversations from daily life in class. I will also provide you with rich resources to boost your Mandarin knowledge. Furthermore, I will introduce Chinese culture and historical stories to help you better understand China and its language.
