About Yvonne
I am a native Chinese speaker and also a dual-immersion Chinese teacher in a public school. I have been in this position for 12 years. I also tutor high school students to pass their Chinese AP test. Depending on your level and your needs, I will design lessons to help you excel in your learning. For example, I create vocabulary flashcards to aid memorization through fun games and/or use audio messages with questions to improve listening comprehension.
During the teaching period, I will implement a full language immersion environment where the student speaks Chinese only; in that way, the student will improve their speaking skills. I will provide reading materials along with the comprehension questions depending on your level.
