About Emily
I am a Primary School Teacher with 3 years experience. I studied Education Studies with English Literature at the University of Cambridge, before completing a teaching qualification. I am fully TEFL certified and DBS checked. I currently teach Primary School children part-time, and spend the rest of my time teaching English to people from all around the world.

I teach intermediate-advanced conversational English using the arts as a basis for my lessons. I don't use coursebooks, but instead use art, literature, music and film to create organic conversations, from which I can listen and respond to the language needs of my students in real time. I have a rigorous approach to grammar and pronunciation, and will identify and work on your specific weaknesses with you so that you can improve your English at a quicker rate.
