I began at the age of 10 with a local team and from there progressed through the junior age groups with an intense training schedule and amazing team to produce over 100 regional gold medals and 4 national medals

My teaching methodology is to strip back to the absolute basics of the technique and build this into your muscle memory. Then, combine this with an intense strength and fitness regime to allow either yourself or you and your team to be completely matching and in sync which is essential in the boats. I tailor the training to every individual to make sure to get the most out of everyone.
