My method is based on several principles. First, getting rid of superfluous information and focusing on the issues that really matter. Second, promoting comprehension and internalisation so that students don't need to rely exclusively on memory. Third, and as a consequence of the first two, strengthening the students' abilities to think for themselves. Four, detecting the specific difficulties that each student experiences and providing them with strategies to overcome such difficulties.
I approach those who work with me with cordiality and empathy. No one is better than anyone. They help me learn as I help them.
