About Janine

I am very much a team player and enjoy learning new ways to provide services. As I have completed the coursework and received a Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education and Development. I also have more than nine (9) years of work experience as a Substitute Teacher with Cobb County School District (kindergarten thru eighth grade) and at Bright Horizon, Child Care Center (infant thru preschool) during this time I was instrumental in the center achieving National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation by achieving a ninety-seven (97) on my class evaluation by the NAEYC Board. I also have completed a research program with Florida State University in Reading intervention for grades (kindergarten thru third grade) I have returned to New York to further my education and career, by pursuing a CDA in Infant/Toddler and Preschool which I completed in 2019.

About the lesson

I am Enthusiastic Teacher driven to inspire and teach children to be respectful, patient and positive by providing a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence encouraged and individuality respected. I have been working in early childhood education for nine years in three US state FL, GA, and NY. My lessons are geared toward early childhood (Preschool thru Kindergarten) The children will be taught reading using phonetics and repetition by playing reading games and developing sight words weekly.
