About Chad
My name is Chad Quantoi. I am 21 years old.
I am a U23 South African National Baseballer and I’ve played provincial cricket.
In my free time I enjoy good long hikes, gyming and eating delicious food. I saved by Jesus Christ and a big believer.

I have been in an out of fitness and strength programs with national sport and know which programs the Athletes on TV follow and can relay that on to my students. I am currently still fit and active and lead by example. I enjoy and appreciate other people grinding for self confidence or for a specific goal, which We will achieve.
