About Chrysta

I care a lot about my clients which is why working for corporate gyms was hard. I like to take my time to explain and teach. I am always open to questions and feedback. In fact, feedback is necessary for me to help you reach your goals.

About the lesson

Hi! My name is Chrysta and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have a background in ballroom dance and started training after I had my son. I have had quite the journey myself losing weight and regaining muscle so I am able to empathize with many clients. My style to to make sure you are safe and using functional movements, while making hard work more enjoyable.
