I'm Tiju Santhosh, i certified under NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS MEDICINE and gain level 3 & 4 certificates on International certified personal trainer & Physique and bodybuilding coach. I have 8 years of experience locally and internationally. I love to train my clients and feel happy to help on achieving their goals
