About Kali
I place a great importance on mental health and wellness in relation to your physical health. The body is connected in mind and body as a whole and cannot be truly well or fit unless you’re both mentally and physically healthy. I understand that needs are individual and that health and fitness is not a one size fits all

When I started my weigh loss journey, Kali was there for me. She encouraged me to stick to my calorie count as well as work out. She helped me get on track with my goals. Not only is she amazing at helping you get on track she understands life happens. She adjusts to your life style to make this work!!
