About Vasili
I am Vasili Tsiopelas, a former collegiate swimmer and level 2 USA Swimming coach. My lessons are calm, focused, and built around your target race schedule. You will receive a short stroke clip with voice notes every few weeks. I am patient, observant, and genuinely proud when you drop time. Your efficiency and race day confidence drive my coaching.

I watch your breathing rhythm and hip position during a fifty-yard warm-up before offering any corrections. A typical session includes dry-land band pulls, kickboard sprints for ankle drive, pull buoy drills for shoulder rotation, descending pace work, and wall push-off practice. My specialty is improving distance per stroke and eliminating breath lifting. My students include 8‑ to 17‑year‑old club swimmers, high school varsity members, summer league racers, and adults training for Olympic-distance events.
