Hello Beautiful Souls! My name is Jaishri
The very first yoga class I did was when I had my Ahaa moment and that led me on this journey to discover my authentic self. Through all my years of practicing, yoga has impacted my life in such a positive way, it has changed my perspective and how I was living my life as a person.
Today I am passionate about sharing with others the power of yoga so that they can also experience something new. With my Yoga and Pilates training and hundreds of hours of teachings, creating my own style of gentle and powerful classes intelligently blending proper alignment and healthy breath awareness, my goal is to go beyond the compulsion of a perfect body and uncover the insight of our true self. My classes are crafted to suit the individual, whether your looking to just stretch or tone and get fit or just to relax in restorative and meditate I am the one you are looking for. Join me on the mat and lets start this journey together and connect body, mind and soul. I teach private as well as groups and I also do workshops.
