I completed my master's degree in Yoga from the University of Patanjali Haridwar. I have been teaching Yoga for the last 5 years. I usually teach Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, therapeutic yoga, pranayama and meditation, prenatal-postnatal yoga, and face yoga too. I will guide you in your Yoga journey to achieve your health goals.
