About Darren

Music theory helps everyone who plays an instrument or composes music to understand more about their craft. It will always give you an advantage and unlock new levels of understanding. Many look to take Grade 5 in order to progress with their higher practical grades and I am used to working with this as a goal!

About the lesson

I will work through from the very basics up to Grade 8 level, or pick you up on your journey anywhere in between! Experienced with ABRSM theory exam requirements and can focus on taking these as a main objective, or preparing for qualifications e.g. GCSE or A Level Music.
