About Kanishk

I am a music student who's studying performance with my major being Piano and Keyboard performances. I have been playing the piano for over 7 years and am fascinated by music theory and how it can aid one in understanding music better.

About the lesson

I keep my classes based around presentations which introduce and talk about new concepts, with visuals and assisting material. I use realtime virtual instruments to make audio and video for the keyboard available to students. I like teaching and sharing what I know to others and often talk about concepts not strictly in curriculum but are no doubt fascinating

I took classes from Kanishk for Piano initially, and his way of teaching really made me curious and interested in the world of music theory. While he's been a great aid to me for growing as a pianist, he has equivalently been a friend who's helped me learn as much as I could. I recommend Kanishk if you're looking for piano and/or music theory classes.

Kanishk is the best teacher anyone could have to learn piano and music theory. He's very knowledgeable and has interesting topics and facts to talk about in class. He challenges students to excel while being as supportive and easy to talk to as a friend. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
