About Matt
I have been playing guitar for more than ten years and have taught students of all ages and abilities. I am currently studying Jazz Performance at Capilano Universities prestigious program and will be graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor degree. I am able to teach all styles including Rock, Metal, Blues, Country and Classical as well as note reading, theory, ever training and songwriting/composition.

My main teaching manifesto is to teach whatever the student is wishing to learn. We will spend lesson time on whatever interests you the most. If you just want to learn songs and work on basic chords Im happy to indulge you but if you want to take a more well rounded approach and learn theory and note reading Im more than able to accommodate that as well.
