About Jaime
I will do everything I can to keep your learning process free of pain and self-doubt. I promise not to judge you while we share the vulnerable process of learning together.
I like to teach at a present, student-guided pace. I want to help you use your own passion and love of sound to fuel your learning.
I want to be the mentor I wish I had as a child to every student I have, ages 3-103.

I see music for everything that it is; a medium, a pastime, a decoration, a meditation, an emotional release, a weapon of protest. Music is so many things and I promise not to stifle your beauty.
I have a very sensitive, consensual teaching style. If you want to grow rapidly, practice and I will teach you everything that has been taught to me :)
My favorite mentors have been Anne Grimm (classical/operatic soprano)
Joanna Anonychuck (operatic soprano)
Shylo Sharity (country soprano)
Eric Damewood (religious creative music director)
