Please be aware that during the day I spend a lot of time in Category One and Category Two containment labs and for health and safety reasons will not be able to access or use my phone during these times. For this reason if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide 18 - 24 hours notice if possible. Cancellations within 3 hours of the lesson time may be charged a £2 cancellation fee depending on the circumstances of the cancellation, any cancellation more than 3 hours before the lesson time will not be charged.
