About Leyla
I am a trained sports scientist and health manager. I have been working in the fitness and rehabilitation industry for more than 7 years. I have been doing weight training and endurance training (dance and jogging) for many years.
For me, fitness, health, muscle building and return to sport are in the foreground. Personally, I eat vegan (free from animal products) and am convinced that you don't necessarily have to do without everything for a healthy lifestyle. You will receive more information upon request.

The lessons are aimed at individuals as well as larger groups. Either in a course format or in the form of personal training outdoors, digitally or in the studio. In addition to anamnesis, we will carry out regular check-ups to optimally record your current fitness level and the state of recovery for the training. This supports the success of your goals and always keeps you on the ball. My emphatic nature as well as seven years of experience, the scientific and practical relevance make the coaching so unique and take it to a new level. No matter what wishes and suggestions you bring with you, I will try to support you in a targeted and health-based manner in all areas (fitness, nutrition, mental and physical health, rehabilitation).
