About Megan
I’m not just about my degree, experience or keeping up to date with my certifications(though important) but I live a healthy lifestyle & my Passion is to teach others how to live one as well! I’ll help w/ nutrition guidance too, & yes we all have cheat days! Including myself! I’ll teach you why that it’s important to allow yourself 1 of those. As long as you are consistent with your exercise program and a BALANCED food plan! I’ll make your sessions Fun!!
