About Saniya
I recently obtained my bachelors in English literature at the University of Utrecht. I'm from the Netherlands but after spending a year abroad in Manchester I decided to stay here for my masters. Dutch and English are both a first language for me as I grew up speaking Dutch at home and going to an international American school. I have experience in teaching and tutoring Dutch as a second language and would love to share my passion for English literature with students.

I offer lessons to A-level students and starting undergraduate students.
My main teaching technique is starting off by asking them every lesson what they are particularly struggling with and helping them through it. Moreover, I tend to find assignments that will stimulate the mind to go through with them. Lastly, I like to end with briefly practising their strong suit so as to instil confidence after every lesson. I like to adapt my lesson structures to every student, as everyone is different and they can benefit from different approaches.
