About Miquel

Most people who decide to study music, do so for their own enjoyment
of being able to listen to them interpreted by melodies already known or composed by them
same.

Music is an art that aims to communicate and transmit sensations to the public that
is in the audience.

The most effective methodology to motivate a student to study is to make him see at all times that each note they perform is a pure feeling that comes from within the person, whether it is interpreting a known work or something that has composed the same.

The sense of rhythm is essential to work correctly with the student, and make him understand that the moment we sit in front of a piano, we must do so in a relaxed and clear mind.

Every time I give a class, I like the student to interpret the instrument instead of just touching what is written.

My goal is to immerse the student in a state of inspiration and in which he understands that he is creating something.

In most cases, the classical methodologies are based on pure theory and auditory study.

I think it is very important but it is also important that the student understands what he is doing, that is why it is so important to learn the musical scales, the chords and their inversions.

With these basics, the student learns to work through the instrument by itself, simply playing notes and looking for their harmonics naturally.

About the lesson

Miquel Pardo is a music composer, and teacher, He teaches Film Scoring, Orchestration and piano. He was born in 5th of December of 1969 in the born neiborhood of Barcelona.

My objectives to accomplish when teaching are:

Create motivation in the student. Clearly understand their objectives and talk about them with
regularity.

In the course of learning, it is necessary to have a communication
based on the trust student teacher.

Create a work plan developed based on the objectives and interests of the students.

Create a student-teacher complicity in which there is a clear understanding
and concise of the goals to achieve during the course.

Arouse curiosity in the student with regard to creativity and development
of own musical themes.

Create a work environment aimed at deepening the following topics:

Knowledge and understanding of the instrument to interpret

Teaching the interpretive techniques related to the instrument
and the experimentation of the sounds in the instrument.

Development of audio-sensitive capacity and comprehension of musical notes as an expression language.

Student-instrument communication taking as an audiovisual model.

Perfect! ¡Hola! Soy Julio, la pareja de Patricia.

Solamente puedo definir la experiencia con Miquel en una palabra: MAGIA. Y lo digo en mayúsculas, ya que, habiendo apenas dado dos clases con él, ha conseguido que mis ganas de aprender a tocar el piano aumenten exponencialmente.

La manera de dar clases que tiene es increíble. No sólo es ir, tocar y fuera. Sus clases son dinámicas, divertidas y muy provechosas. La motivación con la que sales es tan grande, que apenas te das cuenta que ha pasado el tiempo, y quieres más.

Por mi parte, no puedo estar más contento con la elección. Recomiendo sí o sí a Miquel ;-)

Patricia es la pareja de Julio, y quien se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para darle clases a el. Julio es una persona encantadora que ha asistido hoy a su primera clase conmigo. La verdad, es que la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Julio tiene una ganas de aprender increíbles, y ha puesto muchísimo interés en la clase, escuchando atentamente, y tomando apuntes de todo lo que le explicaba. Es una persona muy positiva, con una facilidad para el piano maravillosa. Estoy absolutamente convencido de que pronto tocara el piano estupendamente.
