I have a bachelors degree in English and Theatre and a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am a current 7th Grade English Teacher who has only been teaching for a year. I have taught over 65 students with students gaining confidence in their learning and ability to grow.

My first approach to teaching is making a relationship with the person I am going to teach. While academics are highly important, if we don't have that strong relationship it might be hard to build. After the relationship is built, I hope to understand how my student/s learns and what is best for them and their education.
