About Jocelyn

I am currently a middle school math teacher. I have been teaching math for five years. I truly enjoy teaching a subject that most students feel they have to endure, and leave me enjoying it. I also love scaffolding and modifying when a student needs to learn things differently to understand the concept. It is very important because everyone learns differently.

About the lesson

I make math easy, fun, and understanding. Most of my students hate math at first. I make them comfortable knowing that it is a matter of breaking a barrier and facing a fear. I make my students comfortable and confident. I make a promise that they will understand concepts that were once foreign to them.
