I love to teach. I have been giving lessons for about 5 years of my life. What I love most about being a teacher is the learning process that it takes place between my students and myself. I learn from my students and my students learn from me. Learning is fun.

For me learning in cooperation with others is an important source of motivation, support, modeling, and coaching. This is my educational philosophy:
1. Cognition occurs as people share their understandings with each other and test the degree to which
they are compatible.
2. The goal or purpose of investigation influences what is learned and what experiences the learner
draws upon to construct new understandings.
3. Knowledge evolves through social negotiation, either independently or in collaborative groups.
Alternative views and additional information enable learners to test the viability of understandings
and to build new propositions that are compatible with those understandings.
