About Lia
I am a 4th year medical student in Trinity after receiving 601 points in the 2019 leaving with a H1 with 95% in biology. I am dedicated to helping students reach their full potential by tailoring my teaching to suit their learning style. I have 2 years experience teaching leaving cert biology, and I have a detailed understanding of the course.
My past students have reported markedly increased grades in exams and all say that they are much more interested in the subject now.

I teach higher level biology students (5th/6th year) who wish to reach their potential in biology and receive high LC points.
I have a very interactive teaching style as studies show active recall is the best way to remember large volumes of information (which Biology involves). I provide notes and practise questions for every class and love using my wider knowledge of the subject to answer any questions the student has.
As a visual learner I understand that every student learns in a different way and I work hard to adapt to their needs.
