About Lindelwe

I am Lindelwe, a young woman who likes sharing her skills and knowledge with others. During my degree I've researched many sports science topics due to my love of physical health and training.
I value health especially physical health and mental health. These two aspect of life they make your life easier or hard, and that's why they are important to me.
I have been exercising since I was in the 10th grade. And it's time I share my experiences and knowledge with you.

About the lesson

Classes will be at times when students are available for training in a group. One on one consultations will be available upon request. Classes are for students ages 26 to 35 . There will be physical training classes and theoretical classes. During physical training students are expected to be in gym wear and during theory classes you can wear comfortable clothing. Classes will be 1 hour on online platforms.
