About Yemi
I am a medical practitioner who has been practicing for more than 20 years now. Over the years, I've discovered people most often wrongly believe you need a lot of money to eat a healthy meal. Some other persons also eat junk in a bid to eat what is trending. As a medical practitioner, I have worked with persons who are overweight or underweight, and also different persons with different nutritional needs. So, I know I'm the right person to show you how best to take care of your health by virtue of what you eat. If you're ready for a change, then I'm here for you....

I can teach interested persons how to create a healthy meal with the resources available at their disposal.
Also, how to make a healthy pot of soup, baking a healthy cake even if you do not have an oven.

Trainings are mostly online, and basically hands on, meaning you'll practice how to do it as you're being taught. And of course, there are guidelines for the scoring as the taste of the pudding is in the eating...
