About Mathapelo tiny
I am a POST GRADUATE IN EDUCATION student, holding a mechanical engineering Degree. If there is one thing that makes me feel fulfilled is sharing the knowledge I have and make the next person understand what I present to them. Teaching has always been my passion and I have the ability to apply different learning styles to accommodates every learner. I understand the importance of being diverse and treating students equally and with love. I understand how barriers to learning can affect the progress and confidence of the students, therefore I am equipped to eradicate the barriers to ensure that all students are included.
I was appointed as a lecture in 2015 in ekhuruleni east college .filling the shoes of a lecturer was quite an interesting opportunity which exposed me to the real world of teaching/tutoring. Dealing students grow from day to day helped me grow emotionally and understand that UBUNTU should be the cornerstone of every teaching and learning. I believe that learning takes place when the teacher/tutor becomes instructor and scaffold whereas the students remain active by taking charge in their learning by finding meaning to what they are taught, on their own which helps them find relational understanding to the content.
I have passed the following modules with distinctions.

3. Teacher as an assessor(assessment).
4. Psychology in education
5.Curriculum studies

I ensure that every lesson that i teach i become as practical as possible to give my learners a very clear picture of what the lesson is all about,if it takes me to go through you tube videos, I do so. giving several practical examples is always a great weapon. I always give opportunities for the student/learner to prove their understanding because i believe that doings things on your own,sharpens you.
