About Rachel
I am a student at McMaster University currently pursuing a degree in Sociology with experience taking science courses at the University level. I have over three years of private tutoring experience as well as experience working with YRDSB as a tutor for summer schools.

My teaching methods are tailored specifically to YOU! I take an extremely patient, hands on approach to teaching. Science is a tricky topic, and not always super intuitive. I make even the most confusing topics conquerable by breaking them down to their essentials, and practicing until you not only have a formula memorized, but you truly understand the topic at hand. It might seem like memorization is the only way to succeed in science, what with the endless formulas and rules to know. But when you truly comprehend a topic you will have fully mastered it, and that it what I intend to help you with!
