About Max
I have some time ago completed an education in the health and nursing area, which has taught me the basic knowledge of human anatomy! Afterwards I trained as a personal trainer and made my passion for my job. This decision was not difficult for me, since I have been involved in sports and fitness all my life.

My focus is on weight loss, strength and muscle building and prevention training! On the basis of various tests, your actual condition is determined in the beginning so that we can then create an individual program for you and your needs! That's what we go for with a lot of motivation to guide you to your goal.
