About Glenn
I am a recent graduate from Birkbeck, University of London. Unlike many graduates, I am a mature student which has given me, I believe, a richer and more focused 3 years of studying the subject that I love.
Some of my interests and expertise within the subject include:
Philosophy of Mind
Logic
Ethics
Metaethics
Epistemology

Cognitive Science
Evolution
Ancient Philosophy
Early Modern Philosophy
I have always has a passion for helping, advising and teaching others and I cannot think of a better use of my BA than imparting the skills, knowledge and understanding I have gained onto others.

I believe that Philosophy is one of the most important disciplines to explore as a young adult as it gives you the life skills and perspective to flourish in any other un-related field of study. I will in teach 1 hour slots typically, however, this can be flexible depending on the student.
I will work with my students to first understand what it is they could benefit from focusing on. Whether it is a specific text they are struggling with, course material engagement, writing difficulties or conceptual road-blocks, I can mould each lesson to maximise the benefit for the student. My personal views on tutoring is that you cannot have a rigid and set method of teaching, instead, each lesson will be carefully thought about depending on the specific student and their needs.
I am happy to teach people of all ages on a wide range of subjects within the discipline of Philosophy.
