About Harsimar
I am a committed and professional educator with over 10 years of experience teaching students across a wide range of ages and academic levels. I take pride in creating a supportive, structured, and respectful learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and take ownership of their learning.
My background in curriculum development, teacher training, and instructional leadership ensures that my lessons are well-planned, effective, and aligned with academic standards. I am highly organized, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining consistent communication with both students and parents.
I have extensive experience supporting students with different learning needs, including those who require additional academic intervention. My approach is patient and encouraging, while still maintaining high expectations to help students achieve their full potential.

My tutoring approach is highly personalised, structured, and results-driven, with a strong focus on developing deep conceptual understanding and long-term academic confidence. I combine Montessori and experiential learning techniques with proven exam strategies to ensure students not only understand concepts but can apply them effectively in assessments.
Each lesson (typically 60–90 minutes) is carefully tailored to the student’s needs and includes targeted instruction, guided practice, and exam-focused training. I also provide ongoing progress tracking and detailed feedback to support continuous improvement.
With over 10 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and instructional leadership, I have successfully supported a wide range of learners, including those in intervention programmes and international students. I hold a Master of Education and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Curriculum and Instruction).
