About Siyabonga
As a tutor, my role in a student’s life goes beyond providing a great education. I am a leader, role model, coach, advisor and facilitator of positive growth. Since students spend so much of their time in my classroom, it’s up to me and my fellow educators to make school a positive and inspiring environment where children can do their best work and be their best selves.I am 2nd year Electrical Engineering Student at the university of KwaZulu-Natal. I have been teaching since I was in high school, both my class and lower grades, furthermore, I have been tutoring learners on Superprof since 2021. I have plenty of experience in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Mathematics. Most of the students I have taught succeeded very well on their final year at high school. When I teach, I first discuss the objectives with the student, so that they know what they are expected to know and understand by the end of the lesson. I follow the exam guidelines with matriculants.
Secondly, a lot of practice. Especially with mathematics and Physics. I solve a few problems with my students and then make them practice on their own until they can do it without any assistance. Regular tests are also very important.
